If you believe that a beat, cover, video or text on PROD. SIGIL or on our YouTube channel uses your work, voice, image or trademark without permission, email prodsigil666@gmail.com with the subject “Copyright complaint” and include:

1. (1)your name and contact details (or your representative's, with proof of authority);
2. (2)the work or right you own, and evidence of your ownership;
3. (3)links to the material you are complaining about;
4. (4)why you believe it infringes your rights;
5. (5)a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf;
6. (6)your physical or electronic signature.

Formal notices under Article 56 of the Law of Ukraine “On Copyright and Related Rights” can be sent to the same address. The site owner's details are below.

We confirm receipt and reply within 48 hours. While we review a credible complaint, we take the material off sale or make it unavailable.

If the complaint is justified, the material is withdrawn permanently, and buyers of affected licenses are notified and, under the Terms of Sale (§15), offered a replacement beat of equal value or a refund. If a complaint is incomplete or clearly unfounded, we explain what is missing or why we disagree.

If your material was removed or claimed because of a notice we sent — for example, a takedown request against a song released with one of our beats — and you believe this was a mistake or you hold a valid license, send a counter-notice to prodsigil666@gmail.com with:

1. (1)the material and where it appeared;
2. (2)your order number or other basis for your right to use the beat;
3. (3)a statement that you believe in good faith that the removal was a mistake;
4. (4)your name, contact details and signature.

We reply within 3 business days. If your license is valid, we withdraw our notice and confirm your license to the platform.

We close the accounts of, and refuse further sales to, anyone who repeatedly infringes other people's rights or repeatedly breaches our license terms — for example, by registering leased beats in Content ID or reselling beats.

If a song you made with our beat received a claim or a strike, email prodsigil666@gmail.com with your order number and the claim details. Within 3 business days we will confirm your license and send your License Certificate (Terms of Sale §9).

Artist names in beat titles, tags and descriptions only describe the musical style of a beat (“type beat”, “sounds like”). PROD. SIGIL is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any artist mentioned on this site or on our channel. All names and trademarks belong to their owners. Our beats are new instrumentals in a similar style: they are not made by these artists, and we do not use their recordings or vocals.
