Free use

This license applies only to beats published on our YouTube channel (@PRODSIGIL666) with “[FREE]” in the video title, and only to the tagged version of the beat as published in that video — with the producer tag. It is a non-exclusive, free-of-charge and revocable permission from the seller named in the Terms of Sale. It is not a purchase and gives no rights in the untagged files sold in the store.

• record your own vocals over the tagged beat and publish the song for free, without monetisation, on YouTube, SoundCloud, TikTok or Instagram;
• include the song in free mixtapes and demos that are not sold and not distributed to streaming services.

• Credit “Prod. SIGIL” in the title of every upload — for example, “Song name (Prod. SIGIL)” — and, where the platform allows, link the beat page or our channel in the description.
• Keep the producer tag: do not remove, cut or mask it.
• Non-commercial use only.

• distribution to Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer or any other streaming service or download store;
• selling the song or the beat in any form, or using them in paid products;
• monetised videos, channels or posts (ads, memberships, sponsorships);
• registering the beat or your song in YouTube Content ID or any similar fingerprinting system;
• paid performances, radio and synchronisation (film, TV, advertising, games, podcasts);
• uploading the beat on its own, removing the tag, or using the beat in sample packs or other beats.

Free use is available only while the beat page on this site shows the beat on sale. Once it shows “Sold exclusively”, no new free uses are allowed, even if our video still says “[FREE]” (our earlier videos stay online after an Exclusive sale). Uses that started before the sale may stay online as they are (Terms of Sale §8).

We may withdraw this permission for future uses at any time — for all beats or for a particular beat — by updating this page or removing “[FREE]” from the video title. It also ends for you if you break these conditions.

Any other use — including release on streaming services, sales and monetisation — requires a license bought in the store under the Terms of Sale.

Free beats are provided “as is”, without warranties, to the extent the law allows; see the Terms of Sale §3 and §16.
