PROD. SIGIL is the seller's trading name.
The seller named above is the controller of your personal data. For any privacy request write to prodsigil666@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account or order.
Your country (by the IP address, as reported by our hosting provider) is read from the request to show prices in your currency and to apply the price for your region; it is not stored with your order. An email address is needed to deliver an order; without it we cannot sell a license. We make no automated decisions with legal effects about you and do not profile you.
We do not sell or rent your data and do not share it for advertising. We do not use an email-delivery service yet; if we add one, it will be listed here.
Vercel and Neon are based in the United States, and our database is stored there. We rely on the safeguards these providers offer in their data-processing terms — the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, where the provider is certified, the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework — and, under Ukrainian law, on the transfer being necessary to perform our contract with you. You can ask us for a copy of the relevant safeguards.
Only what the site needs to work. No analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies; fonts are served from our own domain.
Visitors from Ukraine who haven't picked a language see the Ukrainian version by default. For this we use only the country of your IP address reported by our hosting provider; it isn't stored.
This site uses YouTube API Services — see the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. The site never asks visitors to sign in with Google and does not access visitors' Google or YouTube data.
The store owner connects their own YouTube channel to publish videos; that access can be revoked at any time in Google account permissions. Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can ask us to give you access to your data and a copy of it, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. Write to prodsigil666@gmail.com from the email linked to your account or order so we can verify it's you; we answer within one month (30 days). Some data — paid orders and consent records — must be kept for accounting and to prove licenses even after a deletion request; we will tell you what we keep and why.
You can also complain to a supervisory authority: in Ukraine — the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights (ombudsman.gov.ua); in the EU/EEA — the data protection authority of your country (list); in the UK — the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
The store is not directed at children under 16. Buying requires being 18 or having a parent's or guardian's permission (Terms of Sale §1). If you believe a child gave us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.
Passwords are stored only as bcrypt hashes, all connections use HTTPS, and sign-in, registration and checkout are rate-limited.
We update this notice when our processing changes; the date at the top shows the current version.
