The agreement between you and the seller when you buy a beat license at PROD. SIGIL. Please read it before paying — you accept it at checkout.
Version 2026-10-23.2 · applies to orders placed from this date
Available in English, Ukrainian and Russian. For buyers in Ukraine the Ukrainian version prevails; for everyone else, the English one (§21).
PROD. SIGIL is the seller's trading name.
These Terms of Sale (the “Terms”) are a public offer by the seller named above (“we”, “us”, “the producer”) to license beats through this website. You (the “buyer”) accept them for each order at checkout by ticking two separate boxes and by paying:
By paying you also confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method. If you do not agree, do not place an order.
Orders processed by Paddle. If checkout shows that your order is processed by Paddle (prices in US dollars — offered to buyers outside Ukraine), our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), which is the Merchant of Record for that order: Paddle sells you the order, takes the payment, calculates and pays any VAT or sales tax and issues your receipt under the . The producer named above remains the licensor: the license to the beat, the files, the License Certificate and these Terms come from us, and we answer for them ().
The agreement is concluded in electronic form. When you accept, we record the version of these Terms, the time of each consent, your IP address and your browser's user agent, and keep this record with your order as evidence of the agreement (see the Privacy Notice).
A license (or, for Exclusive, the transfer of rights) arises only when the full price for that item is paid and the payment is confirmed — by the bank or, for an order processed by Paddle, by Paddle. An item that is free under a promotion (§13) is licensed when the order it belongs to is paid in full.
Test or demo orders, and unpaid, cancelled, refunded, reversed or charged-back orders, grant no license or rights. A license already granted ends automatically if the payment is refunded, reversed or charged back; you must then stop using the beat and delete the files.
If a beat is sold exclusively before your payment is confirmed, your order for that beat is cancelled and refunded in full and no license arises; the payment confirmation times in our records decide.
Beats are made in whole or in part with software tools, including artificial-intelligence (AI) music generation.
Because of this we do not promise that a beat is unique, that similar or identical audio does not exist or will not be created by others, or that a beat — or a song based on it — can be registered for copyright, with a collecting society, a distributor, YouTube Content ID or any other fingerprinting system, in any country.
The audio may contain an inaudible digital watermark added by the generation tool (for example, SynthID) that lets AI-generated audio be identified. Streaming services, distributors and collecting societies may detect, label, limit the promotion of or refuse AI-generated or AI-assisted content, or require you to declare it; some collecting societies do not accept fully AI-generated works. You are responsible for any declaration they require. We are not responsible for such labelling, restrictions or refusals.
In many countries material generated by a machine is not protected by copyright. In Ukraine a sui generis right may exist in non-original objects generated by a computer program, for 25 years (Article 33 of the Law of Ukraine “On Copyright and Related Rights”). Whatever rights exist in a beat, your license and your obligations under these Terms apply as a contract (§7).
Before the New Song exceeds a limit of your tier you must upgrade (§14); use beyond a limit is unlicensed. Counts are based on your distributor's or the platforms' statements, which you must provide on request.
When the license arises (§2), Basic and Premium give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to create one New Song by adding your own substantial vocals or performance to the beat, and to use that New Song within the limits of your tier in the tier table in the following ways: reproduction; distribution of copies and digital downloads; making available to the public and streaming (on-demand and non-interactive); public performance and broadcasting where your tier includes them; synchronisation with music videos as allowed for your tier; editing, cutting and arranging the beat only inside the New Song.
Territory: the whole world. Term: perpetual — for the entire term of any rights in the beat and, where no such rights exist, without time limit. These express terms apply instead of any default rules on territory or duration, so the license is not limited to the territory of Ukraine or to five years.
Each Basic or Premium license covers one New Song. For another song on the same beat, buy another license.
Rights not expressly granted are not granted. All rights we hold in the beat stay with us.
With a Basic or Premium license you may not:
Point (7) also applies to Exclusive holders.
The permissions, limits and obligations in these Terms bind you as contractual obligations, whether or not — and to whatever extent — the beat is protected by copyright, a sui generis right or any other right in any country. Audio taken from previews, YouTube videos or any other source without a purchased license or the Free Non-Profit License (§28) is not licensed.
When the Exclusive takes effect (the transfer of rights, §2):
Exclusive allows unlimited songs, streams, sales, videos, broadcasting and synchronisation (film, TV, games, advertising), and use of stems where supplied; credit is not required. You may assign the Exclusive in full to another person with written notice to us.
You may register the beat and your songs with collecting societies, distributors or fingerprinting systems (including Content ID) solely at your own risk. We do not promise that copyright or any other right exists in the beat in any country, that it is eligible for such registration, or that similar audio does not exist (§3). Conflicts between you and holders of earlier licenses or free uses are not our responsibility; you must not claim their uses and must release such claims on request.
If an Exclusive payment is refunded or charged back, the transfer is void, you must delete all files, and we decide whether to return the beat to sale.
Basic and Premium holders must not register the beat or the New Song in YouTube Content ID or any similar audio-fingerprinting or rights-management system, and must ask their distributor to leave the New Song out of such systems.
Platforms and distributors may treat a beat that was licensed or published before as ineligible for Content ID; we do not guarantee eligibility.
If you receive a claim or strike related to the beat, email us your order number: within 3 business days we will confirm your license and send your License Certificate.
A Basic or Premium holder who registers the beat in a fingerprinting system is in material breach: the license ends (§18), and they must release all claims and pay our reasonable costs.
We are not a party to, and are not responsible for, claims, disputes, strikes or blocked monetisation caused by anyone's registration of a beat.
You own your lyrics, vocals and other contributions and the master recording of your New Song — excluding the beat itself. Under a lease, all rights we hold in the beat stay with us; the producer tag and the SIGIL name and brand always stay with us.
Credit: releases and music videos made under Basic or Premium must credit the producer as “Prod. SIGIL” in the title or description, where the platform allows. Exclusive: credit is not required.
We do not claim a songwriting or publishing share, or royalties, in New Songs made under a lease.
When registering your New Song with a collecting society, distributor or copyright office, claim only your own human-authored contributions and disclose AI-generated elements (§3) where their rules require it.
Artist names in beat titles (“type beat”, “sounds like”) only describe a musical style. We are not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by those artists; their names and trademarks belong to their owners. You must not use their names, voices, likeness or trademarks in your New Song's title, artist or featured-artist fields, artwork or marketing in a way that suggests their involvement.
Prices depend on the country we detect from your connection (IP address), so the same license may cost a different amount in different regions. The exact amount for your order and its currency are shown in the cart and at checkout before you pay, and that is the amount charged. The price confirmed at checkout applies. We never see your full card details.
Orders paid through Monobank (Ukraine, and wherever checkout shows Monobank) are priced and charged in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH). Amounts in other currencies shown next to them are approximate and for information only; your bank converts at its own rate and may add fees. Payment is processed by Monobank (JSC “Universal Bank”).
Orders processed by Paddle (checkout shows Paddle) are priced and charged in US dollars (USD) by our reseller Paddle (§1). The USD price is derived from the price for your region at a fixed rate set by us and rounded to whole dollars. It already includes any VAT or sales tax due in your country — Paddle calculates it and shows it on the receipt; nothing is added on top. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts at its own rate and may add fees. The charge appears on your card statement as “PADDLE.NET* LANDEMPIR”, and Paddle's checkout and receipt may name the seller “LandEmpire” — the Paddle account of the same producer, not another shop.
Bundle 2+1: while the promotion runs, in each group of three Basic/Premium licenses in one order the cheapest is free. The promotion ends at the date and time shown on the site (Kyiv time); the price confirmed at checkout applies. A free license has the same scope as a paid one.
If a paid item of the order is refunded, the discount is recalculated for the remaining items, and a license that is no longer free under that calculation ends. The promotion is not combinable with other offers; Exclusive is excluded.
While a beat is on sale you can upgrade a Basic or Premium license to a higher tier. Place the upgrade as a new order for the higher tier of the same beat through the site's checkout: you accept the Terms current at that time and receive a new License Certificate. Then, within 14 days, email us both order numbers: we refund what you actually paid for your earlier license for that beat (0 for a license that was free under a promotion) by the payment method you used (card via Monobank, or via Paddle for an order it processed), so the upgrade costs only the difference. The new license replaces the earlier one from the date the upgrade is paid, so this refund does not end your rights; earlier uses count toward the new limits.
Payment is taken only through the site's checkout — never by card-to-card transfer, crypto, a payment link sent in a message or any other off-site method.
We do not knowingly include third-party samples or recordings in beats, but beats are not sample-cleared and we cannot verify that generated audio does not resemble existing works. If a third party credibly claims rights in a beat, we may remove it from sale, ask licensees to stop new uses and, at our choice, replace it with a beat of equal value or refund the price paid for the affected license. For consumers this does not limit mandatory remedies. Notify us of any claim within 14 days and do not settle it in our name.
You alone are responsible for your New Song — lyrics, vocals, any samples you add, titles and artwork — for its release, distribution and marketing, and for complying with the law and platform rules.
To the extent the law allows, you are responsible for third-party claims, and our reasonable costs of handling them, that arise from material you add to the beat (lyrics, vocals, samples, artwork, titles) or from your use of the beat outside your license. This does not apply to claims caused by the beat as we supplied it or by our own breach, and does not limit your mandatory consumer rights.
Subject to your mandatory consumer rights, beats are provided “as is”. We do not promise commercial success or uniqueness (see §3). If you are a consumer, you keep all statutory rights for digital content that is faulty or not as described.
Our total liability for a purchase is limited to the price you paid for the affected license, or its list price (the price for your region when the order was placed) if it was free under a promotion. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, strikes, or removed or demonetised content. These limits do not apply to death or personal injury caused by negligence, to fraud, to loss caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or to your statutory consumer rights.
Files become available for download right after the payment is confirmed — on the order page (and in your account, where the order is linked to it).
Your copy of the agreement: every licensed item has a License Certificate — a page with the seller's details, your order, the license terms, the version of these Terms you accepted and your consents. It is linked from the order page and your account. Save it as PDF or print it. If we also send a confirmation by email, it contains the same information.
At checkout you expressly ask for immediate access to the files and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal (for consumers in Ukraine, the EU and the UK, 14 days) once the download is available. For this reason a purchase cannot be cancelled for a change of mind once the files are available, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
If a file is missing, corrupted or not as described, email us: we fix or replace it within 14 days, or refund you if we can't. Refunds go back to the payment method you used — through Monobank, or through Paddle for an order it processed. All cases in which we refund, and how to ask, are in our Refund Policy. This does not limit your statutory rights.
A refunded, reversed or charged-back payment ends the license (§2, §18). Before disputing a charge with your bank, please write to us — we answer within 3 business days.
Your license ends automatically, without notice, if (1) your payment is refunded, reversed or charged back; (2) you register the beat in Content ID or a similar system in breach of these Terms; (3) you redistribute or resell the beat. For other breaches (for example, exceeding limits or missing credit) you have 14 days after our email to cure them, for example by upgrading. When the license ends you must stop distributing the New Song and remove it from all platforms within 7 days; we may send takedown notices.
We may cancel and fully refund an order in case of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, legal or sanctions restrictions, or if the Exclusive is no longer available.
We do not sell to persons located in, or ordinarily resident in, the Russian Federation or the Republic of Belarus, or to any person subject to sanctions of Ukraine, the EU, the UK or the US. By ordering you confirm that this does not apply to you; we may cancel and refund any order that breaches this clause.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. If you are a consumer habitually resident in the EU, the UK or another country with mandatory consumer-protection rules, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of those rules, and you may also bring a claim in the courts of your country.
Disputes: write to us first (§23). We confirm receipt within 3 business days, answer within 14 days and try to settle any dispute by negotiation. If that fails, disputes with buyers acting for business purposes are decided by the courts of Ukraine competent for the seller's registered address; consumers may also use the courts available to them by law.
Language: these Terms are published in Ukrainian, English and Russian. For buyers in Ukraine the Ukrainian version prevails; for all other buyers the English version prevails. The Russian version is a courtesy translation only.
Your agreement consists of (1) your order's License Certificate, (2) these Terms, (3) the tier table and FAQ on the Licensing page, (4) the Refund Policy, in that order of priority. For an order processed by Paddle, your purchase from Paddle is also governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. Blog posts, videos, YouTube descriptions, social media posts and chats are general information and do not change or add to your license.
Legal notices, complaints, withdrawal requests and license questions must be sent to prodsigil666@gmail.com; we send notices to the email on your order. We never sell licenses or exclusives in direct messages and never ask for card-to-card transfers, crypto or payment outside the site's checkout (§14) — any such offer is not from us.
Severability: if a provision is invalid, the rest remains in force and it is replaced by the closest valid one. Assignment: Basic and Premium licenses are personal (see §6); an Exclusive may be assigned in full with written notice to us; we may assign our rights to a successor. Survival: the credit, Content ID, whitelisting, indemnity, limitation-of-liability and governing-law clauses survive termination. No waiver: not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. Force majeure: neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control (including power outages, war-related disruptions and platform outages).
Licenses cover the audio only. Cover images, videos, the SIGIL name, logo and producer tag are not included.
All rights reserved, including for text and data mining and AI training (Article 4(3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790).
This is version 2026-10-23.2 of the Terms.
We may update these Terms for future orders. Each order is governed by the version accepted at checkout; it is recorded with the order and shown on its License Certificate. Changes do not affect licenses already granted. We will send a copy of any earlier version on request.
Some beats are published on our YouTube channel marked [FREE]. They may be used free of charge only under the separate Free Non-Profit License: tagged version, non-commercial, with credit. It is not a purchase, grants no rights in the untagged files and may be withdrawn for future uses. Free use is available only while the beat page shows the beat on sale; once it shows “Sold exclusively”, no new free uses are allowed, even if the video still says [FREE]. Any other use needs a license bought under these Terms.
